In order to disciple another person, you must have a relationship. Once you have a solid foundation, you will both have mutual trust and love for each other. Then, you both can be honest about where you are in your walk with the Lord. Then, you can begin disciple them to be effective you must have a relationship with the lord the key thing is we are here to represent our lord and savior so In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven. Matthew 5:16
To make disciples we need to go, we can not stay in our comfort zones and hope to exemplify to others what it means to be a follower of Christ. There something that makes you stand out it is called transformation.
Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.
Matthew 28:19,20
So Jesus said to the Jews who had believed in him, “If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free .”John 8:31-32
Our goal as Christians is to be more Christ-like, in all that we do we want to look and act as Jesus did. When we look like Jesus we can help others to imitate Jesus as well.
