How you grow it is not based on what you know, it is how you grow from what you learn and actively Pursue, and deposit it into someone else. The key is to use the knowledge we are given in the way of the word of God and activate our gifts and callings into operation through manifestation.

Colossians 4:5-6 Be wise in the way you act toward outsiders; make the most of every opportunity. Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone.
