The scales are somewhat frightening to many people because they feel if the numbers are not low it’s not good , however weight loss is not about the scales it is about you and your inner strength.
Hydrate your mind as much as your body . Eat a variety of vegetables, especially dark green, red, and orange vegetables (3 or more servings a day).Eat a variety of fruits (2 or more servings a day).
