Attitude to change starts with you admitting it first to yourself that change needs to be activate to be effective for progress to take effect
What to do when you’ve reached your breaking point? How do you manage your emotions? Let us look at the steps you take when you are recovering from reaching your breaking point
The word Resilience is key as it requires practice; recovering from a breaking point takes time and practice. Resilience is a skill that you develop through time; be patient and willing to put the effort. Remind yourself of similar past situations that you were able to overcome. Practicing to pray is a key component to support you recovering from all of the things you have encountered.

There are some key triggers some of the things that cause you to be overwhelmed; for example stressful situations and a combination of feeling frustrated, angry, overwhelmed, depressed or anxious, in a way that prevents you from being yourself and doing your everyday activities. The fact that you are unable to navigate your day deal with your feelings and emotions.

There is something to be said about when you admit that you are struggling and David knew this so well that in this word it reminds us which leads me to say that when you are ready you will receive breakthrough I cried unto thee, O LORD: I said, Thou art my refuge and my portion in the land of the living.Attend unto my cry; for I am brought very low: deliver me from my persecutors; for they are stronger than I. Bring my soul out of prison, that I may praise thy name: the righteous shall compass me about; for thou shalt deal bountifully with me. Psalm 142 5-7
Breakthrough

Let me close by saying this that behind every cloud there is a silver lining called breakthrough. Breakthrough can be described as Heaven manifested on earth. It is a byproduct of being in the presence of God as well as the authority given to us through the cross. We have access to deliverance this day we are offering the tools to access help from Jesus christ; for your burdens, problems, hurts, let go of using worldly devices and natural defense mechanisms they are not protecting you only Jesus Christ can do that. The key is that Prayer allows your spirit to be in communion with the Lord. If you want to be strong against the trials you will have to face, then you need to commune with Him constantly. If your spirit becomes stronger than your soul and body, then you will have more endurance to stand up against the enemies schemes.
Revelation 1-3
Blessed is the one who reads aloud the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear, and who keep what is written in it, for the time is near. Hebrews 4-12 For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.
Amen and Amen
